Rosegold Developers Private Limited

Rosegold Developers Private Limited is based out of C-23 in Greater Kailash Enclave Part-I. We are right here in South Delhi 110048. It is a decent area and we have been in this building for quite a bit. The office is pretty straightforward. We spend most of our time looking over plans and making calls. Being in GK Enclave means we are close to a lot of the projects we keep an eye on. It’s not a very big team but we manage. Some days the phones don't stop ringing and other days it is quiet enough to actually get some filing done. We mostly focus on the development side of things. There is always a lot of coordination involved with the different crews. You won't find any shiny brochures or fancy sales pitches here. We just show up and do the work that needs doing. Sometimes the traffic in South Delhi makes getting to the office a real pain but we are usually here by nine. The office gets some good light in the morning which is nice. We have a lot of regular people we work with around the city. It is just a regular office life for us. We keep track of the site progress and handle the legal bits. It’s a lot of small details that most people don't see. That is pretty much how we spend our weeks at C-23. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the local projects.
