Rooma Living Private Limited

We set up Rooma Living Private Limited over in Greater Kailash-I. Our office is at N-107, on the third floor. GK is a well-known area in South Delhi, and we enjoy the surroundings here. There are plenty of places to grab a quick bite when we are busy. Our space isn't huge, but we’ve made it work for us over the years. We focus on living spaces, so we try to keep our own office looking halfway decent, though it usually ends up cluttered with catalogues and material swatches. We are a small team and we don't have a lot of formal rules. We just expect everyone to show up and do their bit. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, and other times we leave early if things are quiet. It’s a flexible way of working that seems to suit everyone. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporate entity. We are just local people who enjoy what we do. Dealing with clients takes up most of our time, and we prefer talking to them like neighbors rather than using a bunch of business talk. It makes everything easier and less stressful. We've been in this building for a while now and the neighbors are all pretty friendly. It feels like a small community. We often share snacks in the late afternoon when the energy starts to dip a bit.
