It’s a well-known residential area, and we’ve been part of the neighborhood for a bit. We don't run a huge operation here; it’s more of a home-base for our hotel business. Most of our time is spent managing things for our properties, even though our main office is in this part of Delhi. C. R. Park has a very specific feel to it, and we like being situated here. It’s a bit quieter than the main commercial hubs, which helps us focus. We aren't into the whole corporate lifestyle with long meetings and polished presentations.
