It is a lower ground floor unit, so it stays a little cooler than the street level, which is nice. We deal with various flour products. It’s a competitive business around here, so we just focus on doing our own thing. We don’t talk much about being the best because that sounds like bragging. We just do the work. The shop isn't very big, so we have to be smart about how we stack the bags. Sometimes it feels like a puzzle trying to fit a new shipment in. We get all kinds of people coming in. Some want a small bag, others want a whole lot more. We treat them all normally. The road outside is always noisy with traffic and people shouting. It’s a lively place to be. We’ve been at this for a while now. Most days we are just busy checking the inventory or cleaning up the spills. Flour is messy, that’s just the truth. We don't wear uniforms or anything.
