Rasoi Guru Ahaar Private Limited

Rasoi Guru Ahaar is tucked away on the first floor over in Lajpat Nagar 4. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. This area is always moving and there is so much noise from the street below. We handle everything from this small office space at N-4. The Double Storey buildings around here have a lot of character, even if they are older. We mostly spend our time coordinating different food projects and making sure the kitchen side of things is handled properly. It isn't always easy keeping track of everything in such a busy neighborhood. Some days the traffic in South Delhi makes getting things delivered a real headache. We have a small team here. We usually eat lunch together at the back table when we get a break. It's not a big corporate setup or anything like that. It is just a few of us trying to keep the business going in a sensible way. We don't do much advertising because we're usually too busy with the actual work. You might miss our door if you aren't looking for it, but we’ve been here a good while now. We just focus on the food and making sure the numbers add up at the end of the month. It’s a simple operation and we prefer it that way. We just keep our heads down and get the job done without worrying too much about what everyone else is doing in the market.
