We are located up on the third floor of E-108 in the Kalkaji area. It is a typical New Delhi office building. We focus on commercial properties mostly. This means we spend our time dealing with office spaces and shops rather than just houses. Being in Kalkaji is good because it is central to a lot of business activity. Our office is not anything special to look at if you visit. Just some standard desks, chairs, and a lot of filing cabinets along the walls. We spend our days looking at various floor plans and talking to local business owners. Sometimes someone wants to open a new store and they need a very specific type of corner unit. We go out and try to find it for them. It is not like what you see in the movies. There is a lot of waiting around and checking on city permits. We do not have a big marketing team behind us. We just know the local area really well. We have been on this third floor for a while and we know most of the other people in the building. It is a practical business. We do not use fancy slogans or catchphrases. We just try to find a space that works for the budget people have. If a shop is too expensive for what it offers, we tell the client. We are not in a rush to close every deal. We would rather it be the right fit so they do not have trouble later.
