Radish Green Cafe Private Limited

Radish Green Cafe Private Limited is based out of a first-floor space in Greater Kailash-II. If you know the E-578 block, that’s exactly where you can find us. It isn’t some huge corporate setup with glass walls and receptionists. It’s more of a functional place where we get things done. We spend a lot of our time thinking about food and how to run a cafe properly in this part of South Delhi. Being on the first floor means we see a lot of what happens on the street below while we are working on our schedules and menu ideas. The office part of it is mostly just desks and a lot of folders. We don't really do the whole flashy marketing thing because we are too busy actually running the place. Some days are quieter than others, but there is always something that needs fixing or an order that needs to be double-checked. We are just local people trying to make a go of it. It’s a lot of manual work and staying on top of the small details that people might not notice. We chose this spot because it felt right for what we wanted to do. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs but we don't mind. We are just here every day, making sure the business stays on track and everything is handled without too much fuss.
