Raas Realty Private Limited

Raas Realty Private Limited is located at B-87 in Defence Colony. We are on the first floor. This part of Delhi is usually quite pleasant, and we have a nice view of the street from our window. Our office is a simple place. We have a few desks and some chairs for when people stop by to chat about houses. We have been working in Defence Colony for some time, so we know the blocks and the parks around here pretty well. Most of our work involves helping people find apartments or houses to rent or buy. It is a lot of small details and making sure the contracts are okay. We do not use a lot of marketing talk. We just tell people what is available and what the neighbors are like. Our team is just a couple of people who have lived in the city for a long time. We spend our mornings checking new listings and our afternoons meeting clients. Sometimes things move fast, and other times it is very quiet. We just take it as it comes. Being in B-87 is convenient because it is easy for people to find us. We do not have a big polished lobby or anything like that. It is just a working office where we keep our records. We like the local feel of this business. It is mostly about building relationships with the people who live nearby. We just do our job and stay busy.
