You can find us over at K-11, the ground floor shop in Chitranjan Park. It is just a small shop, nothing too big or flashy. My name is on the paperwork, but really it is just a few of us here doing the daily work. We handle property services for the people around the CR Park area. It is a nice neighborhood with a lot of local history. Most of the people we talk to have lived in these blocks for decades. We do not have a fancy website or some huge marketing budget to spend. We just put our sign out front and talk to whoever walks through the door. Sometimes it is a neighbor looking to rent out a floor of their house. Other times it is someone new to New Delhi trying to find a place near the local market. We spend a lot of time on the phone and walking around the different blocks to see what is happening with the houses. It is honest, regular work. We do not try to sugarcoat things for anyone. If a place has plumbing issues or the ownership papers are not clear, we say it plainly. We handle the paperwork, the site visits, and all the small details that people usually do not like doing themselves. It is a lot of back and forth with the various local offices. We just stay here in the shop and keep things running. It is a simple life and we like being part of the community here in South Delhi.
