Our spot is over at G-76/A on the first floor, right on Road No. 13 in Saheenbagh. It is part of the Abul Fazal Part - 11 area in Jamia Nagar, so there is always a lot going on outside our windows. Property Clinik Infra Buildtech Private Limited is what we call ourselves, but mostly we are just a group of guys who know a lot about building and property. The office is usually a bit of a mess with maps and documents, but we know where everything is. We spend half the day out at various sites around the city and the other half here, trying to keep the paperwork straight. It is a busy life, and Saheenbagh is a busy place to be. You get used to the sounds of the street after a while. We don't have a fancy reception area or anything like that because we prefer to put our resources into the actual construction work. People come in to talk about their land or their building plans, and we just give it to them straight. There is no point in sugarcoating how long a project takes or how much materials cost these days. We just work hard and try to stay on top of everything. It is a local business, run by local people who understand the local way of doing things. That is just how it is. We keep it simple and keep moving.
