We've been working out of this spot in Greater Kailash-2 for a while now. It's on the second floor of E-587, right in E Block. Most days, it’s just us dealing with the usual paperwork and planning that comes with being developers. It gets pretty busy around here, especially when we’re trying to coordinate everything. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we get the job done. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at drawings. Being in GK-2 is convenient though, there’s always somewhere to grab a quick bite when we’re running behind. PRO ADVISOR DEVELOPERS is basically just a small team trying to keep projects moving. Sometimes the printer acts up or the traffic outside makes it hard to focus, but that’s just how it is. We handle a lot of the backend stuff that people don't usually see. It's a lot of back and forth with different people. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the task at hand. There's always a new challenge every day, whether it's a permit or a site visit. We aren't trying to change the world, just doing our bit in the construction and development space. The stairs up to the second floor keep us moving. It's a solid place to work and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. We mostly just keep to ourselves and focus on getting the work finished.
