We’re tucked away in Kalkaji Extension, specifically at Pkt-13-A, F-7-B. It’s a bit of a quiet residential pocket, so it doesn't feel like a typical business district. We’ve set up our workspace here to handle our food business. It’s a small office and storage area where we keep everything organized. The space isn't huge, so we have to be very careful about where we put things so we don't trip over boxes. Most of our day is spent on the phone or checking the inventory we have on the shelves. Kalkaji is a nice area, and we like that it’s easy to get to, though the parking in the extension can be a bit of a nightmare if you arrive late. We’re just a few people trying to keep things running smoothly. We don't have any big corporate goals; we just want to make sure the food we handle is handled right. There's a small window that looks out onto the street, and we often see the same people walking their dogs every morning. It’s that kind of place. We have a small table where we eat our lunch together and talk about whatever is on the news. It’s a very grounded way to work. We started Prapatti Foods because we wanted to do something for ourselves, and this little spot in F-7-B was what we could manage. It’s nothing special to look at from the outside, but we get the work done and go home happy.
