Pooja Construction India Private Limited

We are based at New Stall No. 1 in the NDMC Market on Tees January Lane. Being right in the middle of New Delhi means we see a lot of people coming and going every day. Pooja Construction India Private Limited has been running out of this stall for quite a while now. It is a small space, really just enough for a desk and a few chairs for visitors. The NDMC market is an old place, and we are surrounded by all sorts of other small businesses. We get our tea from the same guy every morning and know most of the other shopkeepers by name. It is a very central location, which makes it easy for us to get to different work sites across Delhi. We don't have any fancy stuff in the office, no high-end furniture or big screens. It is just a practical place to do our paperwork and handle the phone calls. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when more than three people are inside, so we often end up standing outside in the lane to talk. Tees January Lane is a well-known spot, so it is easy to give people directions. We aren't a big company with a lot of layers. It is just us here, doing the daily work of running a construction business. We don't use any complicated language or make big promises we can't keep. We just work and keep things simple. That's about it.
