Pleasant Developers Llp is situated in Greater Kailash 1, at C 36. We are in the LGF, which is the lower ground floor. GK-1 is a well-known area, but our office is quite tucked away and quiet, which we actually prefer. We work on various development projects from here. It is a bit of a basement feel sometimes, but it stays cool in the summer which is a big plus in Delhi. We aren't into the whole corporate polishing and big presentations. We just sit down with our clients and talk about what needs to be built. The work involves a lot of planning and checking on site progress. Being in C 36 gives us a good base to operate from. We have been here for a while and know the neighborhood pretty well. Our team is small and we handle everything ourselves, from the initial sketches to the final paperwork. It’s a lot of work, but it is what we do. We don't use any marketing speak because we think the work should speak for itself. It is just a regular office where we drink too much tea and try to get things done on time. If you need us, the lower ground floor at C 36 is where we spend most of our time. It’s simple, honest, and it works for us. We just like to get the details right without making a big fuss about it.
