Pinkgold Developers Private Limited

You’ll find Pinkgold Developers over at C-23 in Greater Kailash Enclave Part-I. We’ve been working out of this South Delhi office for quite some time now. It’s a pretty quiet neighborhood, which is nice when we need to concentrate on our project plans. We are a small team and we don't really do the corporate thing. Our office is just a regular place with desks, chairs, and a lot of maps of Delhi taped to the walls. We spend our days dealing with the ins and outs of property development. It’s a lot of paperwork, permits, and talking to contractors at various sites. We don't have any polished slogans or big promises. We just tell people what we are working on and how it’s going. Sometimes the AC struggles a bit in the peak of summer, but we just keep the fans going and get on with it. We know the local area very well and have seen a lot of changes over the years. We aren't looking to be a huge firm. We just want to do good work on the developments we take on. People in the enclave know us, and we often stop to chat with neighbors on the way to lunch. It’s a simple, local business and we like it that way. We just keep things moving one day at a time.
