We are located in Lajpat Nagar-1, at I-52-B on the third floor. Parsoli Hotels Private Limited is a small operation, and we’ve been running things from this South Delhi spot for some time. Lajpat Nagar is always bustling, especially with the markets nearby, so there is never a dull moment when you step outside the office. Up on the third floor, though, it’s a different story. We just focus on the administrative side of the hotel business. There’s plenty to do, from managing staff schedules at our locations to dealing with the endless stream of invoices. We don’t have a big, fancy setup. It’s just a few rooms with desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of pens that always seem to go missing. We aren't big on corporate talk or trying to sound like we are some global giant. We are just local people working in the hospitality sector. Sometimes the stairs feel a bit long at the end of a tiring day, but it's a good location for us. We have all the basic things we need to keep the business going. We don't really have a philosophy other than just doing the work that needs to be done. Whether it’s fixing a booking error or planning for a renovation, we just take it one step at a time. It’s a practical way to live, and it’s served us well so far in this busy city. We usually close up around six, once the last of the emails has been sent.
