We operate out of Gangotri Apartment in Alaknanda, specifically in Pocket B. It’s actually under the care of Ritu Jain. Being in a residential complex like this makes the business feel a bit more personal, I think. We aren’t in some cold office building in a downtown area. It’s just a regular place where we manage our medical business. Alaknanda is a nice part of South Delhi, fairly green and mostly quiet compared to other parts of the city. We spend our days dealing with various medical supplies and equipment. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and making phone calls. Sometimes we have to move boxes around, which can be a bit tight in an apartment setting, but we make it work. We’ve been doing this for a while and have a steady rhythm now. We don’t have a big sign outside or a fancy front desk. If you’re looking for us, you just come to the apartment. It’s a simple way to run things. We focus on the work itself rather than how the office looks. Most of our clients are used to how we operate. It’s a small-scale operation, and we like the independence of it. We just handle the day-to-day tasks and try to stay organized among all the paperwork. It’s a decent life here in the Gangotri apartments, just working and staying busy in this corner of Delhi. We just keep things moving.
