Omaxe Next Private Limited is found at 7, Local Shopping Centre, right on the ground floor. Most people just call it the LSC in Kalkaji. It’s a very busy spot in New Delhi. Since we are on the ground floor, we see a lot of the street life. There are shops all around us, and people are always coming and going. It’s a bit noisy, but we like that energy. Our office isn't large. It’s a simple space where we keep our records and do our daily tasks. We don't have any big signs or posters. Just a small nameplate so people know they are in the right place. Kalkaji is a famous area, and being in the shopping centre makes us easy to find. We've been here for a good amount of time. The building is a bit older, and sometimes the walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but it doesn’t stop us from working. We don't use any fancy business talk here. We just talk like regular people. We have our tea in the morning, check our emails, and try to stay on top of everything. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. We aren't trying to be something we're not. Omaxe Next Private Limited is just a small office at number 7 in the LSC. We keep it honest and just focus on the work that needs to be finished before the day ends.
