Nuai Cafe Private Limited

We are up on the second floor at C-48 in Old Double Storey, right in Lajpat Nagar IV. It is Nuai Cafe Private Limited. We spend most of our time here getting things ready for customers who stop by. The space isn't huge, but it works for what we do. Honestly, managing a cafe in this part of Delhi keeps us busy enough. Some days are quieter than others. We handle the cooking and the cleaning ourselves mostly. You have to climb the stairs since we are on the second floor. It is just a regular spot where we try to keep things moving. We have been at this location for a bit now. Sometimes the delivery guys get lost looking for the entrance, but once you find it, it is pretty straightforward. We do not have a big corporate team or anything like that. Just a few of us making sure the food is okay and the place stays open. It is a lot of work, especially when the weather gets really hot or the power goes out, but we manage. We are not trying to change the world or anything, just running a local business in the neighborhood. Usually, you will see one of us behind the counter or checking the stock. It is a practical setup. We like being part of Lajpat Nagar, even with all the noise and traffic outside. That is pretty much who we are, just a small crew at Nuai Cafe trying to do a fair job every day.
