You can find us over at the DDA Flats in Madangir, specifically at 38/1299. This is where the North East Sports And Socio Cultural Association runs things. It’s a lively part of Ambedkar Nagar City in South Delhi. We’ve been around this neighborhood for quite a while now. The office is right in the middle of the residential blocks, so there is always a lot of activity nearby. We aren't a big, fancy club. We’re just a group of people who care about sports and our local culture. Most of our time is spent organizing small local gatherings or helping the kids with their sports gear. It’s pretty informal. You won’t find any corporate suits here. We’re usually in our everyday clothes, just trying to keep the association running. Some days the office is packed with people talking and making plans, and other days it’s just one of us catching up on the books. It can get pretty loud with all the neighbors around, but that’s the charm of living in the DDA flats. We don’t have much in the way of funding, so we rely a lot on everyone chipping in when they can. It’s a grassroots kind of thing. We just want to keep the community active and connected.
