Next10 Land Developers Private Limited is based out of Jasola. You can find our office at Plot Number 14, right behind the Apollo Hospital. It’s a busy part of the city, especially with the hospital traffic nearby, but it’s a good location for us. We work in land development, which basically means we spend a lot of time looking at plots of land and figuring out what can be done with them. Our office is a place where we keep all our maps, land records, and project files. It’s not very big, but it’s enough for our small team to sit down and go over the details. Developing land involves a lot of back-and-forth with different authorities and owners. It’s mostly a lot of meetings and paperwork. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy slogans for us. We just focus on the land we’re working on. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the rolled-up plans and coffee cups, but that’s just how we work. Being near the hospital makes it easy for people to find us. We’ve been doing this for a while now and we know the ins and outs of the Jasola area quite well. It’s a steady job and we try to be as practical as possible with every piece of land we handle. No nonsense, just moving projects along as best as we can. It takes time, but we don't mind the wait.
