Namkeen Corner Bakery Llp

Namkeen Corner Bakery is tucked away in the DDA market in Kalkaji. If you know this area, you know how busy it gets with all the people moving back and forth from the main road. We are at Shop No 3, and it’s a tight space, but it works for what we do. The smell of baking bread usually fills the shop by seven in the morning. It’s not a big corporate operation. It’s mostly just us trying to keep the shelves stocked with snacks and namkeen. People stop by on their way home to grab a packet of biscuits or some rusk for their tea. Some days are so busy we barely have time to sit down for a glass of water. The shop floor is small, so we have to be very organized, though sometimes boxes end up stacked in the corner when a big delivery comes in. We don’t have fancy marketing or a big sign. Most people just know us because they live in the neighborhood. The heat from the ovens can get a bit much in the Delhi summer, but we’re used to it by now. We just focus on getting the baking done right so the locals have fresh stuff to eat. It’s a simple life here at the LSC, and we like the routine of it. We keep things plain and straightforward without any fuss or expensive decorations.
