We set up MUSTANG INTERNATIONAL REALTYPRO LLP in the Regus Eversun Business Centre over in Nehru Place. If you have ever been to this part of South Delhi, you know how crowded it gets with all the computer shops and offices everywhere. It is a noisy place, but it keeps us on our toes. Our spot is in units 17-18. We do real estate work, mostly looking at properties and keeping track of listings. Working from a business centre means we share the space with a lot of other companies, which can be interesting. You meet all sorts of people in the hallway or by the coffee machine. New Delhi is a huge city and the property market changes every day, so staying in a central spot like Nehru Place helps us keep up with what is happening. We aren't a giant corporation with hundreds of workers. We’re just a small group trying to get things right for the people we work with. The building is easy to find, though parking can be a real headache around here. We usually just take the metro if we can. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking at documents. It is straightforward work, nothing too flashy. We just handle the property side of things and make sure the details are sorted out. It’s busy, but we like the energy of the city and being near the action.
