We are MULTERO BUILDCON PRIVATE LIMITED and you can find us at A-607/6 on the 3rd floor of F-56, Eros Apartment in Nehru Place. It’s in South Delhi, a part of the city that never seems to stop moving. Being on the third floor means we get a bit of a view, but mostly we are just looking at our desks and plans. We do building and construction projects around this part of Delhi. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the right materials show up at the right time. Sometimes things go smooth, other times they don't, but that’s just how the building trade goes. We don't have any fancy mission statements or marketing slogans. We just get the jobs done. The office at Eros Apartment is where we handle all the logistics and the boring paperwork that comes with construction. We’ve been around for a bit and we know the local regulations and how things work in South Delhi. It’s not always easy, especially with the traffic and the heat, but we manage. We aren’t a corporate giant, just a group of people who know how to put a building together. Most of our work comes from people who have seen our previous projects. We just focus on the actual building part and leave the talk to others. If you’re in Nehru Place, you’re close to where we operate from every day.
