Msa Buildwell Private Limited

We are Msa Buildwell Private Limited. Our office is located in West Rohtash Nagar, right in Gali No. 3. It is a busy spot near the Wareship Shop. We use the ground floor space at 1/9078. It used to be called Old No. 1547-A on plots 28 and 29. Being here in North East Delhi keeps us close to the local projects. Most days we are just busy with the usual building work. It gets loud around here sometimes because of the traffic. People know us as the local team in the lane. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. Just desks and some files and plenty of tea. It is practical. We started out in this neighborhood and stayed. The address is a bit long to write out, especially with all the plot numbers and the old numbers, but people find us eventually. West Rohtash Nagar is where we spend most of our time. Usually, someone is at the ground floor office if you need to drop off paperwork or check on a project status. We do the work that needs doing. Nothing too complicated to explain. We have been at 110032 for a while now. The shop next door is a good landmark for people coming over for the first time. We just keep our heads down and handle the construction tasks as they come in. It is a local operation through and through. We deal with the daily grind and the paperwork that comes with it.
