Mother'S Kitchen Llp

We are located in Flat No. 104 on the first floor of the Golf Apartments at Surjan Singh Park. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for a business like Mother'S Kitchen Llp, but it works well for us. Being in South Delhi, specifically in this apartment complex, gives us a very different feel than a commercial kitchen in a market. We have to be very mindful of the neighbors in the building, especially when we’re carrying large pots or when the spices get a bit strong in the hallway. The view out the window of Surjan Singh Park is nice, though we don’t get much time to look at it when we’re busy. We focus mostly on home-style cooking because that’s what we know best. The kitchen is set up like a proper workspace, but it still has the bones of a regular apartment. We handle all the scheduling and the cooking right here on the first floor. It’s a small team, and we all know each other’s rhythms by now. Sometimes the elevator is slow or out of service, so we end up taking the stairs with our bags of groceries. It’s just how things are in an old building. We don’t try to be anything we’re not; we’re just a small group of people making food in a flat in 110003, trying to keep things consistent day after day. It is just a practical way to run a kitchen.
