Lajpat Nagar-2 is a pretty busy area of Delhi and that is exactly where Montero Restaurant Private Limited is based. We are on the first floor at K-27. It is not some huge corporate office with glass walls, just a regular space where we get our work done every day. The stairs up to the first floor can be a bit of a climb if you are carrying boxes, which we often are. South Delhi is always moving fast and we try our best to keep up with the pace from this spot. Being in Lajpat Nagar means there is always noise from the street below but we have gotten used to it over time. We spend most of our hours here handling the restaurant business. It is a lot of paperwork, phone calls, and managing the staff. Sometimes the place feels a bit small when everyone is in at once, but it works for us. We didn't want anything too fancy because we are just local people running a food business. The address is K-27 and we have been here for a while now. Most of our neighbors in the building know us by now. We just focus on the daily tasks like checking the inventory and making sure the bills are paid. It is a straightforward operation and we like it that way. No big corporate speeches here, just the reality of running a restaurant in a busy city like Delhi.
