MONA HOMES AND RESORTS PRIVATE LIMITED

We are over at A-136 in Shivalik Colony, right on the first floor. Malviya Nagar is a busy part of New Delhi, and being here puts us right in the middle of everything. Mona Homes and Resorts is just our small team working out of this office. We spend most of our time looking at properties or talking to people about where they want to stay. It’s not always easy because the market changes so fast, but we’ve been around this area long enough to know the streets. We aren't a big fancy corporation with hundreds of people. It’s just us sitting here, making calls, and trying to get things organized for the homes we manage. Sometimes the internet goes out or the traffic outside gets so loud we can barely hear each other, but that’s just life in South Delhi. We handle the day-to-day stuff that comes with running resorts and housing. People come in and out, asking questions about rents or bookings. We try to give them straight answers without any of that sales talk you hear elsewhere. It’s a practical business. We focus on the paperwork and the actual physical spaces we look after. If you walk by Shivalik Colony, you’ll see our sign. We’ve been here for a bit now and we just keep doing what we do, one day at a time, making sure the properties are in decent shape for the people who live there.
