Modcasa Interiors Private Limited is located at B12/304, in Lane 7 of Shaheen Bagh. We are part of the Abul Fazal Enclave part 2 area in Okhla. South Delhi is where we call home, and 110025 is the pin code we use for all our mail. The office is on the third or fourth floor depending on how you count the levels. It’s a busy neighborhood with lots of families and small shops around. We do all our planning and interior design ideas from this specific spot. It’s not a showroom, just our workspace. We have samples of materials scattered around the desks and a few chairs for when clients come by to talk. Lane 7 can be a bit tight for cars, but that’s just how it is in this part of New Delhi. We’ve gotten used to the noise and the pace of the enclave. It’s a real place with real people. We started this company because we like making spaces look better. Our office isn't perfectly decorated itself because we’re usually too busy working on other people's places. We have a small team, and we all know each other well. It’s a friendly atmosphere. We don't use a lot of corporate jargon. We just talk about what needs to be done and then we do it from our base here in Shaheen Bagh. It's just us and our work, keeping things moving along.
