Mithila Welfare Foundation

Mithila Welfare Foundation is located on the second floor of BB 11 in Greater Kailash Enclave 2. It’s a nice area of Greater Kailash, and we’re glad to have found a spot here. The office is fairly simple. We have a main room where most of the work happens and a smaller side room for storage. We do welfare work, which covers a lot of different things depending on what people ask for. The building is older, but it has a lot of character. We don't have any shiny glass partitions or expensive carpets. Instead, we have solid floors and desks that have seen better days. It’s a place where we actually do things rather than just talking about them. The neighborhood is quiet, which helps when we have to write reports or go through accounts. We get our lunch from the local market most days. It’s a good community to be a part of. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just help out where we can. Sometimes the plumbing acts up, but we just call the guy from down the street to fix it. That’s how it is here. We are just a small foundation trying to do our part from a second-floor office in GK. If you come by, you’ll probably find us working through a pile of paperwork with the radio playing softly.
