Minrav Restaurants Private Limited is based out of a basement at E-58-59 in Lajpat Nagar-I. Working in a basement in South Delhi has its own vibe. It’s a bit cooler down here when the Delhi sun is hitting hard outside, which is nice. We spend our time managing everything that goes into running a restaurant business. It’s not just about cooking, it’s about the constant planning and the hundreds of small details that crop up every morning. We have our desks set up here in 110024, and it’s usually quite a mess of papers and menus. People are always coming and going. We talk to vendors, sort out the staff schedules, and try to keep the kitchens running smooth. It’s a lot of manual work and coordination. We don’t have a big polished lobby. Instead, you’ll find us in our everyday clothes, probably drinking chai and trying to figure out why a vegetable delivery hasn't arrived yet. Lajpat Nagar is a busy market area, so there is always a lot of energy around us. We like being part of this neighborhood. It’s a practical setup for what we do. We aren't trying to look like a massive chain, just a group of people who know food and want to keep our restaurants going. It's a long day most times, but we just get on with it.
