Million Dollar Nest Private Limited is tucked away on the ground floor at A-98 in Defense Colony. We’re right near the MCD office, which makes it a pretty easy landmark to give people. Defense Colony is a well-known part of South Delhi, and it’s where we do most of our real estate work. The name of the company might sound a bit grand, but we’re actually quite a small, down-to-earth team. We spend our time helping people find places to live or managing properties around the city. Our office is a comfortable space where we can sit down and have a real conversation with anyone who walks in. We don't use scripts or polished sales tactics. We’d rather just talk about the pros and cons of a particular property or neighborhood. Some days we are running all over Delhi looking at different sites, and other days we’re just here at the desk catching up on emails. Being near the MCD office means there is always some activity nearby, but our street is usually manageable. We aren't trying to be the biggest real estate firm in the city. We just want to do a good job for the people we work with and keep things simple. It’s an honest business and we take it one day at a time. If you’re ever in Def Col, you can probably find us just doing our thing at the office.
