Middleseaz Hospitality Private Limited is based on the 4th floor of Batla House, H-78/17, over in Jamia Nagar. Being up on the fourth floor means we get a bit of a view of the crowded streets below, which is always interesting. Jamia Nagar is a very lively part of South Delhi. There’s always noise and a lot of energy. Our office is where we handle all the hospitality projects we have going on. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the different properties are being looked after. We don't have an elevator that works all the time, so we get our exercise walking up those stairs every morning. It’s a simple office. We have our computers, a small place to make tea, and piles of folders. Hospitality isn't just about nice rooms; it's about all the boring paperwork and logistics that happen behind the scenes, and that’s what we do here. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It's just a handful of us trying to keep everything moving. We like the neighborhood because it feels real and there's always good food nearby for lunch. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty with all the construction around, but we just wipe it down and keep working. We don't use any scripts or fancy mottos. We just show up and do the work that needs doing for our hotels. It’s a long day sometimes, but having a good group of people around makes it easier to get through the afternoon slump.
