We are over in Govindpuri, right in Gali number 8. It’s a busy spot, you know how Kal Kaji area is with all the traffic and narrow lanes. Our office is at 1322-A, which isn't huge, but it works for what we do. We mostly deal with getting milk out to people across the neighborhood. It’s a daily grind. Every morning the cans come in and we have to move fast to get things organized. Sometimes the bikes get stuck in the heavy Delhi traffic, but that’s just part of the routine. We aren't trying to be some giant company you see on big billboards. It’s just a group of us trying to make a living. The shop floor gets messy, and we spend half our time cleaning up spills. It’s just milk, after all. We know most of the people on this street by name. If you walk past Khasra number 3, you'll probably see us loading up the crates. We don't have a lot of formal meetings or anything like that. We just talk over tea in the morning and decide who is going where. It’s honest work. Some days the heat in Govindpuri is unbearable, but the milk has to stay cold, so that's our main worry. We don't use big words to describe ourselves. We just provide a service and try not to mess up the daily orders.
