Our office is up on the fifth floor of the Splendor Forum building. That’s at Plot Number 3 in the Jasola District Centre. It’s a bigger building than some of our previous spots, but inside, we keep things pretty low-key. We are Melrose Hospitality Private Limited. Being in Jasola is good because it’s a central hub for a lot of businesses. We have a nice view from the fifth floor, which is a bit of a bonus. We handle hospitality management and all the small details that come with it. It’s a lot of emails and phone calls. We aren't into the whole corporate polish. Our desks are usually covered in notes and files. We’ve been here for a while and we’ve settled into a good routine. We have a small team and everyone knows what they’re supposed to do. There’s no need for big meetings or long speeches. We just talk to each other across the room. We don't use any promotional talk because we don't think it’s necessary. The work we do speaks for itself. We just focus on being practical and getting things finished. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to do, but that’s just part of the job. We like being in South Delhi and we plan on staying here at Splendor Forum for the foreseeable future. It’s a solid place to run a business.
