Our office is located at 38 in the DDA Commercial Complex in Zamrudpur, right by the Kailash Colony Extension in South Delhi. It’s a well-known area and we’ve been here for quite a while now. The complex is always full of people going about their business, and we are just one of the many small offices making things work. We focus on properties around this part of South Delhi. It’s a lot of work keeping up with the changes in Zamrudpur and the neighboring colonies. Most days, we are either out looking at buildings or sitting here at our desks trying to sort out the mountain of paperwork that comes with real estate. It’s not always the most exciting work, but it’s important to get the details right for everyone involved. We don't go for anything fancy; our space is practical and filled with the tools we need to do the job. People come to us when they are stressed about finding a place or selling their old one, and we just listen and try to find a solution that fits. We know the local market pretty well because we see it every day. It’s a bit of a trek sometimes to get through the South Delhi traffic, but we manage. We just keep it simple and try to be helpful to anyone who walks through the door looking for some guidance.
