Matex Textiles Llp is tucked away in the basement at N-145 in Greater Kailash-I. It is in the South Delhi area, and the pin code is 110048. Working out of a basement has its own set of challenges, like keeping things cool during the summer or making sure there is enough light. But it works for us. We handle various textile materials and samples down here. GK-I is a well-known part of town, so it's easy for people to locate the general area. We aren't a big shop with a storefront, so we don't get a lot of walk-in traffic. Most of our work is done through contacts and regular clients. The space is filled with stacks of fabric and notebooks where we keep track of everything. It can get a bit cramped when a new shipment arrives. We just move things around until everything fits. The people here are used to the basement life. We take our breaks outside when the weather is nice just to get some sun. It’s a small operation, really. We don't have any big corporate goals; we just want to get the orders right and keep things moving along. There is always something to do, whether it's checking a sample or answering the phone. It’s just a normal day-to-day business for us in South Delhi. We just try to stay busy and keep our heads down.
