Mani Infradev Llp

We’ve been over at Nehru Place for a while now. Our office is in Kushal Bazar, up on the third floor in room 305. It’s a busy spot, usually a lot of people moving around the corridors. We do building work and infrastructure stuff under the name Mani Infradev Llp. Being in New Delhi means there's always something going on outside our windows. We handle the day-to-day tasks that come with being an LLP in this sector. Some days are slow, others are packed with paperwork and phone calls. It’s just us doing the work we need to do. People sometimes stop by when they’re in the area for other business in Nehru Place. We’ve got a small team here. Most of us have been around this part of town for years. The address is 32-33, right in the thick of the market area. It’s not a fancy setup, just a functional space where we get things done. We keep track of our projects and make sure things move along. It gets noisy with all the tech shops and commuters nearby, but we’re used to it. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. Just some desks and computers and plenty of tea. If you're looking for us, look for the Kushal Bazar building near the main hubs. We spend most of our time dealing with the practical side of construction and development. That's pretty much who we are. We might lose a file now and then, but we always find it eventually. It's a real office with real people.
