Maneri Ice Cream Private Limited

Our place is at E-94 in Greater Kailash 1. It’s a nice enough neighborhood, mostly quiet compared to other parts of Delhi. We work with ice cream. Managing freezers and transport is most of our day. It’s cold inside even when it’s forty degrees outside. We spend a lot of time checking temperatures. We don't have a huge team, just a few people who know how to handle the stock. Most days it is just us moving boxes and making sure the trucks are on time. The office is small and tucked away. We’ve been here for a bit now. Sometimes neighbors come by to chat. We aren't doing anything fancy like those high-end parlors with neon lights. It’s more of the back-end stuff here. Dealing with the mix and the distribution takes up all our time. You wouldn't think ice cream is so much paperwork, but it is. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the desk gets messy with receipts. Greater Kailash has changed since we started. More cars on the road now. Getting the delivery vans out of the gate in the morning is a bit of a struggle. But we get it done. We like the area. It feels like home to the business. We don't plan on moving anywhere else soon. Just staying here and doing the work is enough for us. It’s a steady way to spend the years, really.
