So, Makk Medical Tourism Private Limited is tucked away on the fourth floor over in Jamia Nagar. Specifically, we’re at O-O-8, on the right side if you’re looking at the front of the building. We face Batla House, so there is always something going on outside—plenty of noise and people moving about. The fourth floor is a bit of a climb, but we’ve been here for a bit now. It’s not one of those shiny glass offices you see in the magazines. It’s just where we sit and handle all the medical travel stuff. We help people who are coming to Delhi for treatments, trying to get their appointments lined up so they don't have to wait for weeks. Being right here in Jamia Nagar, it’s a lively neighborhood, which is good because everything is close by. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just keeping track of doctor schedules and making sure the rooms are ready when someone arrives. Sometimes the electricity acts up or the stairs feel longer than usual, but that's just part of being in this part of New Delhi. We don't have any big speeches about our values or whatever. We just pick up the phone, talk to the patients, and try to get the logistics sorted. It's a small team here, mostly just focused on the paperwork and getting people to the hospitals in one piece. That's pretty much the whole story of this office.
