Mahendra Infraventures Private Limited is located in the basement of M-163 in Greater Kailash II. Being in a basement means it stays a bit cooler during those really hot Delhi summers, which we definitely appreciate. GK-II is a nice area, but parking can be a real nightmare if you don't get here early in the morning. Our office is where we handle the venture side of infrastructure. We have a simple setup with a few tables and some basic office supplies. It’s a quiet space compared to some of the more industrial parts of the city. We spend our days going over project details and meeting with people to discuss the next steps. We don't have any big signs or flashy displays. It’s just an honest place to work. Sometimes we go up to the local market for a break or to meet someone for a quick coffee. We've been operating out of this basement for some time now and it feels like home. There is always some cleaning to do because dust seems to find its way down here no matter what. We just keep things moving along without much fuss. It's a small team and we all know what needs to be done. We aren't trying to impress anyone, we just want to finish our tasks for the day.
