M.A. Jauhar Construction (Opc) Private Limited

M.A. Jauhar Construction (Opc) Private Limited is based out of our office at Abul Fazal Enclave-II. Specifically, we are up on the fourth floor in flat B-401. If you know Shaheen Bagh and the Jamia area, you know how busy it gets around here. We’ve been working from this C-135/1 address for a while now. It is a simple setup. Usually, one of us is around to answer the phone or look at some drawings. We take on construction jobs that come our way. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we end up walking those four floors more than we would like. It keeps us fit though. Most of our days are spent talking to guys on site or dealing with paperwork here in the office. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of blueprints lying around. Being an OPC means things stay pretty direct. You deal with the person in charge right away. We know the local streets and how the buildings are put together in this part of Delhi. It isn't always easy getting materials through the narrow lanes, but we make it work. We just show up every morning and get through the list of tasks for the day. That is pretty much how things go for us here at the enclave. Nothing too complicated, just building stuff and keeping the lights on. We have plenty of work to keep us busy and we like the local community.
