Luxury Building System is tucked away in the basement at B-45-B in Kalka Ji, right near the HDFC Bank. It’s a busy spot with lots of people coming and going from the bank, but our basement office is actually quite steady. We work on building systems, which is the technical side of making a structure functional. It’s a lot of wiring, plumbing, and mechanical stuff that most people don’t think about until it breaks. We’ve been here in Kalka Ji for some time. Our space isn't very large, but it fits all our tools and files. We don't really do the whole corporate polish thing. We’re more about getting our hands dirty and making sure things work. Most of our days are spent talking to site managers or checking on equipment deliveries. We aren't looking to be the most famous company in Delhi. We just want to do our jobs and keep our clients happy with the results. Sometimes the basement gets a bit cluttered with new parts and gear, but that’s just how we work. We don't have any scripted sales pitches. If someone asks what we do, we just tell them we handle the systems that keep buildings running. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy throughout the year. We like being near the bank because it makes us easy to find for anyone stopping by.
