Logat Med Pharmacy Private Limited is tucked away in the basement at Rz-3290, Gali No. 37 in Tughlakabad Extension. Being in South Delhi, specifically 110019, it’s a fairly busy part of the city. Since we’re in the basement, it stays a bit cooler, which is nice for the stuff we store. We mostly handle the day-to-day operations of a pharmaceutical firm. It involves a lot of lifting boxes and checking lists against what’s actually on the shelves. It’s not a fancy setup at all, just a practical workspace where we can get things done without being bothered too much. Tughlakabad Extension has its own vibe and we’ve fit right in over the years. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big glass building. We just have our desks, our stock, and a kettle for making tea. Most of our work is pretty repetitive—sorting, labeling, and shipping. We’re just a small crew and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing, whether it’s answering the phone or sweeping the floor at the end of the shift. We don't have any big corporate philosophy. We just want to make sure the orders are accurate and that we don't run out of the important items. It’s a straightforward way of working and it suits us fine. We’ve been at it for a while and we plan to keep going just like this. The stairs are a bit steep when we have heavy boxes, but it’s fine for now.
