LKPRO CONSTRUCTIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office is located at F3/ 530 in Sangam Vihar. It is a very busy part of South Delhi, and our little space is right in the thick of everything. Since this is an OPC, it is a much more personal operation than those big firms. You are usually dealing with the same few faces every time you call or stop by to talk. We focus on construction work, whether it is a small renovation or a bigger building project from scratch. Sangam Vihar is a unique place with its own rhythm, and we have adapted to that over the years. The office is simple and functional because we would much rather be out at the job site than sitting behind a desk all day long. We deal with the everyday headaches of construction like permits, materials, and labor without making a huge deal out of it. It is a messy business sometimes, with plenty of dust and noise, but seeing a project finally come together makes it worth it. We do not use any high-flown language to describe what we do for people. We just build things. We try to be fair and do a decent job for everyone who hires us. It is not about being the most famous company in the city, just about being the one that actually gets the work done in this neighborhood. We are just local people building for other local people.
