We are situated up on the second floor of this building in one of the quieter and nicer residential parts of the city. It is a very different vibe compared to the busy markets or commercial hubs. We focus on the coliving side of the business from this small office. It is not a massive space by any means, but it is enough for our team to manage our various properties. We have a few desks, some computers, and a lot of files tucked away in the cabinets. Golf Links is a solid spot to be based for our type of work. We spend a good chunk of our day on the phone or dealing with various maintenance and tenant issues. We do not have a fancy showroom or a big lobby with a sign. It is just a regular, quiet office where the real work happens. Lime Coliving Private Limited is basically just us making sure everything stays on track for the people who live in our spaces. We do not use any glossy marketing brochures or pushy sales pitches. We just try to keep our operations simple and straightforward. The second floor gives us a decent view of the street outside. It is a calm environment for getting through all the paperwork.
