Lex Consilium Foundation

Our office is located at G-58 on the ground floor in Nizamuddin West. Being on the ground floor is great because we don't have to deal with any stairs, which makes it easy to bring in supplies or for people to just pop in. Lex Consilium Foundation has been in this spot for a good while now. Nizamuddin is a historic part of Delhi, and the streets have a lot of character. Our space is fairly small and straightforward. We have a few desks, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of books and papers scattered around. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we manage to find what we need eventually. The light coming in from the front door is usually enough during the day. We don’t have expensive furniture or any of that high-end office decor. It’s just a practical workspace where we sit down and get through the tasks of the day. Sometimes the street noise gets a bit loud, especially when there’s a festival or a busy market day, but we’ve grown to like the energy of the area. There’s a nice sense of community here in the West block. We usually keep the door half-open to let some air in. It’s a simple, honest place to work from, and it’s served us well without needing any big changes or upgrades. We just focus on the work at hand and try to stay on top of our various files.
