Our office is located at 38-F in Sector 8 of Jasola, right in South Delhi. It’s a decent-sized space where we manage our development projects. We aren't a massive firm with a lot of layers; we are just a private limited company trying to make things happen on the ground. Jasola is a busy hub, so there is always something going on outside our windows. We spend our mornings going over project updates and our afternoons usually involve a lot of phone calls to site managers. The office has a very lived-in feel to it. There are stacks of paper on most desks and probably too many empty tea cups from the long afternoons. We don't go in for big mission statements or polished presentations. We just focus on the work itself and making sure our developers are staying on schedule. Sometimes things go wrong, like a delivery getting delayed or a permit taking longer than expected, but we just deal with it as it comes. It’s honest work and we like being in this part of Delhi. The commute can be a bit of a pain with the traffic on the main roads, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We just keep our heads down and focus on getting the next building finished. It’s a simple way of working, but it works for us and the people we build for.
