You can find Learn With Leaders Llp at Flat No 8C, Prop No E4, on the second floor in Defence Colony. It’s a well-known part of New Delhi, and being in a residential flat makes our workspace feel a lot more personal. We spend our time connecting students with various learning opportunities. It’s not a large office with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small group of us working out of this flat. We’ve got some desks pushed together and a lot of files to keep track of. Defence Colony is a nice area to walk around in, which is a plus when we need a break. We don't have any big corporate signs or a fancy lobby. If you come to the second floor, you’ll just see a regular door. We handle everything ourselves, from answering the phones to organizing the programs. It’s a lot of work, and sometimes things get a bit disorganized when we have a big project going on, but we always figure it out. We aren't about big marketing budgets or anything like that. Most of our time is spent on the computer or on the phone, trying to get things lined up for the students we work with. It’s a simple, honest way to earn a living, and we like the independence of running our own small LLP. It’s just us doing what we do in a quiet corner of Delhi.
