Our office is tucked away in Shaheen Bagh, over in the Abul Fazal Enclave Part II area. We are on the third floor at the back side of the E125 building. It is a bit of a walk up, and if the delivery guy is coming, we usually have to shout down to show him the way. Being in South Delhi, the traffic around Jamia Nagar can be quite something, so we try to get in early to avoid the worst of it. We do design work here, mostly sitting in front of monitors trying to get the colors and lines right for various projects. It is a quiet enough space once you get inside and close the door. There are three of us usually, and we share the space with a lot of sketches and old folders. We often order snacks from the little shop downstairs when the afternoon slump hits. The office isn't very large, but we have enough room for our computers and a small table for tea. We don't really do the whole corporate meeting thing; we just talk across the room when something needs fixing. It is a simple setup that allows us to focus on the design tasks at hand without too much fuss. Sometimes the internet acts up when it rains, but that is just part of being here. We like the neighborhood because it feels alive and there is always something going on just outside the window every day.
